We will email you a quote and then, if you wish to make a reservation, you will need to let us have your credit card details (Visa, Master Card, Switch, Delta) by letter, fax, phone or e-mail and we will then hold a deposit equal to the cost of your first night's stay to secure the room. Reserve with confidence as there are no problems if your plans change and you need to cancel. Your deposit will be refunded in full provided you have let us know not later than 7 days before the date you were due to arrive (please note, however, that we have a different deposit policy for some special types of bookings such as long-stay, Christmas or small groups).
